By accessing or using Sfilmz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Sfilmz. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 13, you may not use our service. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal data without their consent, they should contact us immediately.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Accounts found to be in violation of these terms may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
You agree not to use Sfilmz for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: unauthorized access to our systems, data scraping, content redistribution without permission, and any activity that disrupts the platform's functionality.
Sfilmz provides access to media content for personal, non-commercial viewing. We do not claim ownership of third-party content displayed on the platform. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on Sfilmz infringes your copyright, please refer to our DMCA Policy for instructions on how to file a notice. We may terminate repeat infringers' accounts in accordance with the DMCA.
Sfilmz may offer subscription-based access to premium features. If you subscribe to any paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change subscription fees with reasonable notice.
Sfilmz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. We provide the service on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Rwanda. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rwanda.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the breach thereof shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the competent courts of Rwanda.
